I’ve had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER over the past 4 months while having network/device issues!!!! I’ve been on hold for over an hour each time I call, alls disconnected and zero empathy from representatives. I’m breaking my contract to find a new provider immediately!!! It’s unfortunate as I’m a loyal customer but clearly sprint doesn’t value that!!!!!
