Great customer service amazing employees
Guys at all cost...please do not go with Sprint. Their customer service is the WORST unfortunately! Till you actually get a LIVE person on the line it can take forever. The automated system doesn’t even give you a option to speak with an representative! Dialing *2 will take to a representative but of course they won’t tell you that till you complain.
This store lies to you and they sell you a screen protector for 50 bucks tells you it's life time warranty then when you call the people who makes the screen protector they tell you that you have to pay another 10 bucks for shipping then when you call the Sprint store they give you an attitude and tell you that you must have tampered with the screen protector in order for it to have come off like I have time to sit here and play with the screen protector and the manager never has time to talk to the customer on the phone don... read more
