Two weeks in a row I try to upgrade my devices. Phone, and watch. Walked out of the store empty handed. Wouldn’t take my money. Claiming computer error. Service through t mobile isn’t even that good, at least have good customer service. Needless to say, I’ll be leaving T-Mobile for Xfinity.
TMOBILE is not the store to do business with! I was bamboozled and lied to! Now TMOBILE is charging an Additional $5 FEE JUST TO PAY YOUR BILL! IMAGINE THAT PURE GREEDY IT'S SINFUL AND PATHETIC!!! SILENT TEARS
