Como turista estrangeiro, fui muito bem atendido. A vendedora me auxiliou muito bem, apesar das dificuldades com o idioma , ela se esforcou e fui muito bem Atendido. Sai de lá com o celular funcionando. Usei o plano durante toda estadia em Pittsburgh e nao tive problemas. Adquiri um chip pre pago ao valor de U$ 40. Recomendo a loja.

Called to cancel my 2nd line , they put it on vacation suspend instead of cancelling it , than refused to cancel the 2nd line, spoke to a supervisor who told me I can’t transfer my phones (paid off) because they put a fraud investigation on the account for the rep who suspended my line instead of cancelling it , which I did on a chat to have proof.
