Decent trip there, my buddies phone WA ALL MESSED up , but we hurried up and got on a bus shot down town just in the nic of time to get his phone back up and working. Great job, although now he's going crazy because he for sure see someone or something really trying hard to hack his phone! We've been up all night trackiing coding moves, new data entry to go against what we just did, lmao this is crazy! Big brother at its fullest, but never fear Mark the cell phone data techy is here lol. AND GUESS WHAT!! WE GOT EM... HAHAHA
T mobile has been the most aggravating carrier to deal with but Taelynn made it all better! She's the best part of the company. I'm actually excited to wait for the Google Pixel 10 pro fold to restock so she can upgrade our phones. The phone representatives did not make me feel that way lol. If you're looking for great service, ask for Taelynn.
If I could give zero or 5 star negative I would. This is the worse store and customer service I have ever dealt with. Rude ignorant people and zero help from them.
Last night I received my new Galaxy 7 Flip that TMobile shipped. I inserted the sim card incorrectly, and truthfully was devastated, thot I was out of luck and had to begin process all over again. This, after hanging onto my last cell phone for almost 10 years, so this was a big deal to me!
