Last night I received my new Galaxy 7 Flip that TMobile shipped. I inserted the sim card incorrectly, and truthfully was devastated, thot I was out of luck and had to begin process all over again. This, after hanging onto my last cell phone for almost 10 years, so this was a big deal to me! Rude and useless customer service , I came in for an upgrade . I was told that you have to go through the app for all pricing and details. I was trying to see what my phone was worth on trade. They refused to let me use the bathroom. Go elsewhere
