Probably one of the worst stores in terms of being helpful. The woman that helped me when I first went in was short, very rude. Seemed like she couldn't care less. So I left with the issue supposedly fixed. It wasn't. I had to go back and speak to a guy who helped me change my pin. He was supposed to call tmobile and reactive my device but he didn't. Instead I left and was going to do it on my own. Now having nothing but issues with over the phone help cuz they can't verify my number that isn't active. Lol what a joke

It was time to move away from Verizon, and Adriana O made the change as easy as possible. Very knowledgeable and very helpful! Go to a real T-Mobile store and stay away from the others!!! No looking back! Later ... Was offered a deal from our rep that saved us $27 per month. Received our first bill, and the price did not reflect the offer. After months of trying to remedy this, I am out of options. $27 per month for the minimum of 36 months is $972!!!! Way more than we were told. My recommendation? GET IT IN WRITING!!!!
