Jacki was amazingly helpful with switching us from Verizon to T-Mobile. It was fast and simple, and she even offered for us to come back the next day to help us submit our rebates and remotely update my daughter’s phone while she was out of state. The second day she was training a new employee and I could tell Jacki was a great mentor. Overall a great, pleasant experience. I’m excited to use my new service with T-Mobile!
