These guys are crooks I setup a contract a year ago and after a year of fighting with them, I've yet to get my bill to what was promised at setup... and no one at this store (including the new t-mobile managers) is willing to even lift a finger to fix it... instead pointing at their "customer service" who of course won't help either. These guys are crooks.
