Sprint online chat told me to go to you as our phone is under warranty and it could be repaired here. Jay looked it up and said sorry you don't have monthly repair plan we can't help you. I explained I was told that to come in and he said he can't do anything about what we were told I have to deal with HTC. He then gave me the wrong number for HTC.
