Once again, Woodhaven T-Mobile/Sprint is the worst. It’s manager, Zack, will hang up the phone on you and flat-out refuse to help you in person if he doesn’t hear what he wants to hear. Completely rude and disrespectful. Dealing with the same problem for 20 hours now, only it’s worse, after Sprint looked at it one time, and it refuses to look at it again.
Their costumer service sucks, all they care about is your money, they over charge on everything, I will try any company to get away from sprint
They told us about a deal to buy a phone and get one free. The salesperson said the offer was good to the end of March. We came back less than a week later and the offer magically did not exist anymore.
The guy I dealt with has very poor customer service skills. I ordered a phone online just so I didn’t have to deal with him before. I ended up getting this guy again today and he acted mad that I said I didn’t want to activate my phone yet because my Husband is at work and he needs his phone right now. He gave me bag, and didn’t even say anything like, have a nice day, or your all set. If I acted this way at my work I would not have a job. I waited for over 40 minutes while other people were taken care of before me and then they proceeded to tell me I could either spend 400 dollars on a new phone or call a number to see if I "might" be able to get my phone fixed. I ended up going to a local phone repair company and they fixed it within an hour.
