Awful! Don’t believe their commercials! Their service is terrible & their customer service even worse!! They claim to buy out your contract if you switch, don’t believe that either. It was buy one, get one free phone. Still paying for both phones ... as soon as I can afford it, I’m switching back to Verizon. If I had a dollar for every time I said “I hate Sprint” I’d be able to do so by now, & we’ve only had their service for abt 4 months now �
