I m in the Richmond Sprint Store and I have to say they have been very helpful and have answered all of my questions. This will be the only Sprint store I will go to. Maria and Fadi have helped me out, they are the best!

Had a great experience with this local store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They set me up with a new S4 and got me the best plan with unlimited data. No longer dealing with the guys over at radioshack.
