It was the rudest customer service experience I've ever had. It's a third party store and "Dave" the manager was incredibly rude, "you should know what your talking about before you come in my store". I will never set foot in this store again because of him. I may even switch carriers to avoid having to have anything to do with this store ever again.
Employ people who do not start yelling at you when you ask a question. The person working in the store was extremely rude told me Sprint plainly lied and said he was not able to do what they told me they could. This is the second time I have tried to do something in this location that did not make them money and was told to go online and do it.
The guys who work here are so awesome! Very thorough with details when making purchases or adjusting plans. They are super fun and love to chat and laugh with customers. All around a great bunch 0f people!
