Sprint just lost a 12 year long customer because of horrible customer service and a very rude service manager. This happened at the 20095 Haggerty Rd, Northville, MI 48167 store. My wife’s I-phone completely died two weeks after they serviced it for not charging. They were not willing to honor the service contract that I paid $15 a month for over the past two years that she had this I-phone.
