Beware this sprint store lies and says you have apple care when you don't so you will leave and try to get help at another location. The employees want you out of there ASAP and will lie and give you a fake receipt for apple care so they don't have to deal with you.

I tried to upgrade my Apple iPhone at a Sprint store at 10745 E Washington St, Indianapolis and the employees was rude and told me things was not possible but I did it last year in Texas and before in California which is picked up the phone and dropped my old one a day or two later. The supervisor is a terrible liar and I recommend avoiding this location.
