As I said previously my mother has phone services with this company. They know mercy on charging seniors for phone service and upgrade plans. This company is very expensive .
First of all I would advise those with technical questions regarding your phone to visit Kass at the Washington Road location. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and was a great help to me!! I have been to many Tnobile stores and this by far was the best experience I have had!! Great job Kass!!
