The service at this T-Mobile location is unbelievably slow. I waited in line for over an hour, and during that whole time the two employees each spent more than an hour with just one customer. They didn’t finish a single sale while the line kept growing. People were walking out without being helped. Truly a terrible experience. if you value your time, avoid this place
Got me back into my locked phone
I had a very difficult problem no one else seemed to be able to solve. Kass took a lot of extra time to help me with the next steps to resolve it. I will definitely be coming back for good customer service.
