Everything EVERYTHING they told me when I was sold the phone was incorrect. Everything. No one will actually follow up or do what they say. I didn't think it could get worse than T-Mobile but by damn this store and Sprint stepped up to the challenge.
Buyer Beware! On 4/6/2017, I went into the store to change from another provider to Sprint. I ordered 4 phones and paid the down payment. I later that day learned that Sprint could not provide everything we needed, so I promptly called back the next morning and cancelled the order. I was charged $874.00 on my card on 4/6/2017. Today is 7/31/17 and I am still waiting on my refund and all the calls back! Here for the third time inquiring about my $1,100 refund. Haven't even been acknowledged by any of the salespeople. Very frustrating.
