My boyfriend (Seth Bonfig) and I got new phones in March at Sprint Turkey Creek store in Knoxville and we have experienced nothing but frustration and complete incompetence from them. we love our new phone (Samsung Galaxy S20s) but they bought out my boyfriends phone for 400+ dollars and said he would be refunded due to the frustration via gift card and have been in this little dance with them since we got our phones. we were accused of not giving his phone to them when we infact left it there the day we picked up our new ph... read more
Carson is a con man plain and simple. took my phone I traded in from Verizon and left me on the hook for a $300+ bill that should of been paid when we switched and denied having it. sprint service is just as good as Verizon, I just wouldn't suggest this store to anyone. they handled the situation unprofessionally.

Had excellent service they were very knowledgeable . Charlie was very patient with all the questions I had about my new iPhone. I also loved how they worked as a team getting their manager involved Josh was very respectful and knowledgeable as well.
