Went in because my phone just stopped working I haven't had it even a year yet and I did the update and it won't turn on anymore the people there were rude and not helpful at all! So I got a different phone and went back to have it switched over and was told they couldn't and again very very rude. Terrible costumer service.
Horrible customer service. Suggested that my fiance and I go to a different provider and stated there was no way around the $250 deductible, although the phone was not broken.
I have had good experiences with Sprint. Highly recommend Paige. Very friendly.
