I was very disaapointed in the service we received at the Apple Valley T-mobile location. First, we called to discuss our warranty upgrade. The customer service representative gave the information and said we didn't need an appointment. We went to the store and waited about 20 minutes. Social distancing wasn't encouraged amongst the employees or the guests. There were children running around and touching all the phones. RecommendedShoutout to the Sprint Apple Valley store for putting up with my karenish mood and helping me with my issues while providing me with a loaner phone. 20/10 recommend. Their customer service is unparalleled. This isn’t an isolated incident either, they’ve been great to me since 2002. Every associate is kind and very wonderful at their job. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, they all deserve raises for consistently going above and beyond. Thank you guys.
I can’t even begin to tell you how much this store makes the entire company of SPRINT look bad. They are dishonest, they will write down and tell you that you are going to end up paying less than your old plan just to get you to sign up or buy a new phone so you are stuck with them. Walk away. Do yourselves a favor and never step foot in this store!!! Worst customer service ever. Tanner Johnson a manager there was a ridiculously rude. He refused to help me a with my phone problem. So I left and drove to lakeville where I ran into 2 other customers I had seen in the apple valley store. All of there for the same reason. Apple valley refuses to help their customers. I visited the sprint Apple valley repair store fri eve feb 1/13. Troy said i have Insurance to fully cover all repair cost. My Galaxy s2, BUT, later, he runs back, the tech says theres moisture damage. He showed me the tiniest pink on the white dots. Customer service at its best! – I've been using this location for 8 years and have come across my fair share of rude and condescending employees (Justin). However my most recent visit was nothing short of AMAZING! I recently visited this location to have repairs made to my phone. The person who helped me (Dan T.) was phenomenal! I was with sprint over 2 yrs and upgraded my phone I was on the last day to swap phones (within 30 days and customer service approved it) cause my lg was having problems already and I wanted an evo which I would have gladly paid for..the customer service rep even called this store before I went.. Very good help for getting my first US phone. Alondra helped me transfer my contact numbers from my overseas phone to my new htc phone and did not charge me. I appreciate this very much!
