Every time I talk to someone there I get a different answer!
Feel like the sales people do bait and switch. Went in to switch for lower phone payment get bill and it is more than what I was paying with another carrier.They did not explain the pricing, plans or their quote sheet at all. Just teamed up a lot of small talk and here are your phones have a nice day. I have never felt such disrespect and lack of customer service until I stepped into THIS sprint store. The employee who was directly helping me seemed as if he didn’t want me in his presence, also being VERY stand-offish. When I finally couldn’t take how rude he was being I asked for a manager. Lousy Customer Service, Lousy technical support!!!! I've had my LG G5 phone with Sprint less than 2 years, for the past 2.5 months the phone has been experiencing many issues from random phone restarts, phone stops responding, phone very slow and my all time favorite the frequent voice telling me GPS Signal lost which has even happened when I'm outside a Sprint store.
