The staff seems prejudiced against older people and veterans. I've seen them berate an older woman and and older veteran on two different occasions and then laugh about it after they left

Have been with Sprint for over 10 years and their service in Tulsa area is horrible with very slow data speeds. �
Pretty much the worst service. I went in because my 27 day old phone is receiving repeated texts, dozens of times a day. The assistant manager's solution was that I should block those numbers. (It's every number that texts me!) It also won't read an SD card and never would. He said there was nothing they could do and won't even look at it because they only guarantee phones for 14 days.
