Terrible machine that doesn’t accept any payments
Don’t purchase from there vending machines unless you want empty boxes. Me and my friend were at the plaza bonita mall we used the sprinkles cupcake vending machine and only received 1 of the 4 cupcake we ordered. One was an empty box and the 4th charged us but didn’t dispense anything. Very disappointed. We contacted corporate 2 times with no response. Now we’re out $18 and for them not to respond to the emails shows how much they really care.
Attempted to buy a cupcake but machine did not dispense, called customer service and requested refund, not helpful at all stole my money.
