Sprinkles Cupcakes in DC is my go-to WFH treat — always hits the spot and dangerously good! A sweet little pick-me-up I can never resist. During winter i just get Door Dash to deliver them by the door. Grateful i found this cupcakes during my time living in Washington DC.

The people who work there are very friendly but try to go when they are freshly baked. Also, I would choose something that has a cream cheese frosting, the vanilla leaves something to be desired.
Everytime I’ve gotten cupcakes from here they have been dry as hell. Literally induced choking…..do not waste your money
My daughter and I made the trip to Georgetown specifically to visit Sprinkles. Unfortunately the cupcakes fell short of the hype. The staff was absolutely amazing and super friendly. That was the only good thing. The cupcakes were dry and the frosting tasted oily on the red velvet. There was an unpleasant aftertaste from the candy apple. For the price of the cupcakes, our expectations were high, just wish the taste measured up.
