Sprinklers By Rich is Amazing. They put a whole sprinkle system in for us. He showed up when he said he would. His sons and crew worked very hard. They were polite and explained things when I asked. The crew was very professional. They cleaned up when they were done. The Job was fantastic. We had a little glitch but when I called Rich, he called me back by the end of the day. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Poor communication, no shows, failure to finish the job and disrespectful. #1 My landscaper coordinated with Rich's crew for the placement of sprinklers. Unfortunately they were placed incorrectly and were spraying areas where there were no plants. After calling Rich he agreed to send someone out to get it fixed. #2 Someone from Rich's company showed up, noted the sprinklers were misplaced and drip line would be better suited for the plants close to the house and the other sp... read more

Sprinklers By Rich did irrigation/sod at the house across the street from us, we saw their van, we liked their work, so we called them. We had a big job for them. We wanted the works; Irrigation, Sod, Jasmine border around the sod, Landscaping, flower beds filled with Lilies, Crotons, pink flowers, and some other plants, and lighting (total of 16 path lights which border a walking path up to the house and 3 beam lights which shine on two Royal Palm trees and a Christmas Tree Palm). I hired Rich to install a system in my front yard recently. It was a difficult job as he had to undo an old system and replace it and redesign it with an all new system. I am extremely pleased with every phase of the work including the responsiveness by Rich himself. In fact I plan to have him redo my back yard system completly, done by a local company two years ago and not nearly adequate and more expensive.Thank you Rich.

Rich & crew worked on our old system and installed an old hand pump out front in 1999. Most of those sprinklers are still in the ground & working well. The hand pump works awesome and has had only one minor repair. These guys know how to get the job done right the first time.
