I left a message on their website asking for a bid, and then a week later I left a phone message asking for a bid. Nobody ever contacted me. I was very clear with my name and repeated my phone number several times, so I know that it really couldn't have been my fault. I then called Best Irrigation in Coon Rapids, they came out one hour later to bid, and then installed the system 5 days later. Way to lose out on some good money there, Sprinklers By Design.
Third time is the charm. First contractor I called didn't show up, the second rescheduled and then never called back, and then I called Sprinklers by Design. Showed up on time, and got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone.
