My sprinkler system was installed 6 years ago and maintained well over the years without anything but minor fixes. Sprinkler Systems was winterizing a neighbors system that was installed by the same company so we asked if they can do ours same day. The son improperly began to blow out the lines and the pressure literally blew the pump up with a loud sound and the piping was also blown out of the ground.
