I had a terrible experience at this company. The lady/receptionist was rude, unhelpful and had no manners. I’ve used Sprinkler Repair company for many years and spent hundreds of dollars, but recently the irrigation repair service was terrible. I’ve had to call them back numerous times to correct issues they caused. The service was mediocre at best. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of quality and unscrupulous business practices. I would give them a “minus Star” if it was available.

Sprinkler Repair was called for an estimate for improving the irrigation system on the property. After receiving the estimate it was declined due the price being out of budget. There were only the side sprinklers that needed immediate attention due to a broken pipe. Without proper information or explanation the tech presented me with a new estimate saying that in order to fix the leak from the one zone that certain items needed to be replaced and quoted a price which I naively agreed to. They tried to charge me $252 for something that only cost $30 dollars to fix by another sprinkler repair company!! When I called to ask them why, the customer service agent "Santana" became extremely rude and proceeded to explain to me that they did not do repairs (Sprinkler Repair Inc) which lead me to believe she was a family member to the owner because of the way she spoke as is there was no fear of losing her job for being so rude. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!

They over charged me 30 to 40% more than the average companies. I will never use them again
