They fixed part of the problem with my automatic sprinklers but were unable to schedule a 2nd appointment to complete the work in a timely manner. I believe the once the work was started on my system that the should have been able to complete the work within a few days rather than not being able to schedule a return date for over 2 weeks.

Very responsive. They weren't able to schedule my work for a few days, however they finished another job early and were able to complete my project the day after I called. Kirk identified the problem quickly and solved it efficiently.
