They didn't finish the first day, they said they would return the next day at 9 am and they didn't come until after 2 pm. he did a good job but the company deserves a 2 star !
The technician was on time, knowledgeable, personable and professional. He came to give me an estimate and to my surprise he was able to complete the sprinkler work the same day. The charge was reasonable and I would not hesitate to hire this company again!
Austin was on time, polite and very professional. He listened to my concerns, gave me a price quote and went right to work and got the job done. The charge was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.
Firm did a good job and was fast and responsive. A problem did developed with a new valve, but the tech came out and fixed the problem. Everything works fine.
The worker set a time for an appointment the second day but was 4 1/2 hours late for the appointment time. He said the office told him to do other appointments first but no one ever called me to inform me of this which made me had to wait all morning and part of the afternoon for him to arrive and then had to stay here, even having to cancel other appointments, to be here while he worked. The service was prompt and the end result was good. I am pleased with the job.
Knowledgeable , personable, and completed the job in a reasonable time frame. Work is guaranteed and will come back if needed.
He was a very hard working young man, and very diligent in the quality of work his work. He took time to explain the problems with our system and gave us good advise on how to go about fixing them. All that being said, the price was a higher than expected, but that was to the fault of the technician.
