Organized friendly and educational
Dr. Taylor is the best dentist I’ve encountered in many years. He has excellent “ bedside manners” which eased my concerns and helped me to relax. For many years, I dreaded going to the dentist but Dr. Taylor has help restore my trust. He provided instructions every step of the way and seemed to have a genuine concern for how I was doing during the procedure. The office staff are friendly and seem to work well with one another. I really wish there were more dentist who actually cared about patients vs insurance benefits.
This place is great! They got me in and the doctor removed a painful tooth same day! Nice staff and great experience! Definitely recommend these guys, especially if you have a dental emergency!
This place is scam. They confirmed before my appointment that they were in network with my insurance. After getting $150 from my insurance billed out of network (for a cleaning and X-rays only) they said I owe the remaining $300. Yet they have a new patient cleaning special for $99 and are unwilling to adjust the price from a total of $450 to a more reasonable amount for a cleaning. Thida is fantastic! She has a true gift for making dental visits feel fun and enjoyable. Warm, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. A true professional who has also become like a friend, I always leave smiling. Best Hygienist ever!
