Rent here, if you don't mind being a responsible human being! I have had very good experiences with this apartment complex. My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year and a half at this point. The current Property Manager, Sonya, is excellent. She takes your needs into consideration and tries her best to make things work for you. We lived in a 1 bedroom apt on one side of the complex and let the office know we wanted to upsize our apt. The staff was great and showed us all currently available properties. Don't rent here please You have to pay for your utilities they are not free, most places will give you a 5day grace period to pay your rent here at this property after the first you are considered late and charge a very high late fee, the resident manager is not helpful at all. Since living there I've seen alot of people go... If you can please continue to search somewhere else. They don't work with you strictly about money.
