Scam! This place is a joke and the staff here have absolutely no idea what the legal bindings of a lease are. I signed a lease with this place several weeks ago. I literally signed the lease, paid my dues, and got the move in date. Literally a week later, I receive a call from Tammy, the community manager. She informs me the previous tenant has "changed their mind" and is keeping their apartment. So basically, I'm out of luck. What? A legally signed lease doesn't work like this.
