I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! They go above and beyond every single time. I never have to worry about my medications—they arrive on time, right to my door, without me even having to ask. If I ever need a refill urgently, they personally contact my doctor to make sure I get it. Hani and Hannah are so kind, professional, and truly dedicated to their patients. I had the flu and felt extremely weak today (Saturday). I had symptoms since yesterday but didn’t have the energy to go out in the morning. By Saturday evening, almost all pharmacies were closed. I called three Shoppers drug mart and none of them were willing to prescribe for flu, even though pharmacists can do that. This was the only pharmacy in Oshawa/Whitby open until 8 pm, and when I called at 7:20 pm, they said yes and helped me right away. I usually come here for vaccines. The wait times are almost non existent and I was met with very friendly and helpful service.

I went in earlier today with an ear infection around 6:30. A woman behind the desk came and I inquired about the clinic hours. She looked at me like I was the biggest idiot she had ever seen and sharply said "no! They're done!" So I left. I don't feel comfortable with returning. Also, I thought the time it closed referenced the hours for the clinic, not just the pharmacy.
