I was actually excited about moving into these apartments but i have been having issues since April its time to renew my lease n im not sure if i want to i been having holes in my living room ceiling since April all they have done is cone take pics n nothing is getting done the apartment next door flooded n water came into my apartment now my garage ceiling is collapsing n same issue only came out to take pics that issue has been going on for a minute too im so feed up cant even park in my garage cuz im scared its gonna coll... read more
First I was a resident of Bermuda Wood Townhomes. Second, Berkshire Communities who changed the name to Springwood Park Apts. Third, Monument Property Management. Fourth, Keener Management. I was excited when Keener Management became the new owners in Sept., 2024. But as time has progressed they are becoming more like Monument. The rent is increasing each year tremendously. The hot water stopped working last night at 9:30 p.m. Keener Management are the new owners. They removed 24/7 maintenance service. I called this morning and did know how to leave an emergency maintenance request because it is no longer on the phone. 24/7 emergency maintenance service is a Texas law. Property Code Section 92.052 requires them to offer us emergency maintenance service. We are experiencing no hot water again. The boiler is broken for buildings 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. The property is no longer being kept up. The grass needs mowing. There are mattresses around the dumpsters. Furniture around the dumpsters. Trash on the ground that fell out of trash bags. Big branches that broken off the tree on the ground by the dumpsters. Around the dumpsters has become an eyesore. It has been like this for over 6 weeks now.
