I have been living here 13 years. Keener Management are the new owners. We are experiencing no hot water again. The boiler is broken for buildings 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. After changing managers the hot water doesn't keep running for months anymore. It would be nice if we could keep constant running hot water. If the hot water was consistently on I would not have a problem with some nights can't take a shower or some mornings can't take a shower. With Elizabeth being the manager the hot water is not constantly on. There are ... read more
The office lady named Yari is very good customer service. The apartments are nice nice and clean swimming pool is real nice and clean.
