If i can give them 0 stars i would. I’ve been here for a month and so far i’ve had multiple complaints and none of them have been addressed. Multiple maintenance requests have been made since my 1st day living here and none have been fixed. I was told many good things before signing the lease then after, suddenly they want to go back on their word and raise prices on garages, aren’t allowing to reserve the parking space we want. Elizabeth Ortiz the new management is great. I had a past issue with Springwood park she cleared things up. I’m sure it is ran much better now with her management. She truly cares and goes above and beyond to help. She deserves 5 stars.
Ya tengo más de 15 día diciendo a la maneger ke venga arreglar el aire y pues nada ella dice ke tal día y nunca viene. Desde ke entró ella esta propiedad está muy mal ya es demasiado cuando estaba Miriam todo estaba perfecto ahora aki ya no sirve para resta no les recomiendo este lugar la manager es muy grosera resista ya es el colmo 😡
Ya estamos cansado de esta situación ya somo 4 residentes en la propiedad y ke la maneger pase diciendo ke los va a corre de la propiedad si ponemos comentarios ke donde se dice la verda ke no kiere arregla nada y cuando uno va y a decirle ke lo ayudo dice ke no puede hacer nada y si mo borramos los comentarios los puede sacar esto no puede seguir así keremos ablar con el supervisor de la propiedad urgente nosotros pagamos nuestra resta puntual y ke no este corriendo solo xk ella kiere no es juntos ella es bien groseras solo... read more
Hola buenas tardes nos gustaría la verdad qué bajaran un poco los apartamentos la verdad están muy caros y la verdad al rededor la competencia está más barato y hay muchas cosas que no areglan y si los dueños miran este mensaje por favor visiten sus apartamentos y pregunten convivan y veran es difícil dar casi 2,000 por un apartamento de 2 recamaras está muy caro por favor se los pido y la señora Elizabeth no trata bien a los inquilinos la verdad nunca sabe nada
