For a first time chiropractor patient Lori Mace made me feel relaxed and at ease with the process. I noticed an immediate difference from when I walked in to the office and when I left. Highly recommended!
I arrived at my scheduled check-in time to find that there was no receptionist at the desk. After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby by myself, she finally came out from the back somewhere. She did a few other things before she finally got around to me. At that point it was 20 minutes past my check in time. She put me in a room and I waited another 10 minutes before the doctor got in. No one seemed particularly concerned about how much of my time they'd wasted. I ended up leaving without treatment. I do not not recommend them.
