Nice enough for apartments, family friendly in a safe part of town. Pretty dense, your view will likely be of the central drive and the apartments across.
We’ve lived here for almost three years and have had a great experience with the management and maintenance team. During the recent heat wave, our air conditioner unexpectedly failed, and the team responded quickly. We really appreciated that they had replacement units on hand and were able to swap ours out right away, minimizing the disruption and keeping our apartment comfortable. Taylin, the leasing agent, has been amazing from start to finish—extremely helpful, responsive, and always providing excellent customer service with a great attitude. Springville has been a good place to live overall. Taelynn and Michael have been incredible — very responsive, organized, and helpful with making sure all my maintenance requests were taken care of. I was disappointed when I first moved in because the layout of my apartment was not exactly the same as what I viewed during the tour.
