have a friend who has been telling her landlord for months that there was water leaking. Now, there is black mold all over the apartment. She and her baby have been sick a lot. The landlord not only will not fix the problem but denies she even knew about it....but now she knows about it still will not fix the mold (mold can be life threatening if not taken care of). The BBB should be notified immediately!!
When I lived there I woke up at 6:00 am to the landlord taking pictures of my apartment. When I asked her what the heck she was doing and that she needed to leave she stated she was evicting me for having my kids toys on the patio! The worst place to live and if I could give yall a zero I would.
Very poor place to live and raise kids the manger takes it upon herself to go in your apartment and go through your things when your not home and for those who dont believe it I set up cameras in my place and caught her when I brought it to her attention she evicted me and my wife and kids so spread the word .....
