I have never been so utterly disappointed � I will never understand how any facilty allows such poor care aside from the rehabilitation staff. Battle every step of the way and what I witnessed tonight of the abuse of another resident is NOT ok. I’m saddened that this is what our elders have to endure and I cannot imagine how one takes a position to care for another human being with such a lack of compassion just for a paycheck that in my eyes, they do not deserve.
my grandmother had alzheimers and then passed away. she stayed at spring side and was treated wonderfully.
Our mom received wonderful care at Springside Nursing Home. Everyone loved her and she loved everyone. The nurses and Aides thought she was so sweet. She made them laugh. Thank you all, from housekeeping, dietary, supervisors, nursing staff for the great care given to Sylvia G. Keep up the great work you do.
