I got a collagen pedicure here and it resulted in a fungal infection. Since that appointment, I’ve had ongoing medical issues that are still not resolved. I’ve already spent around $700 on doctor visits and treatment, and I’ve been told this could take up to a year to fully clear. This has been painful, stressful, and completely avoidable. They designed my nails good but highly over priced. I went to a different nail salon down the road which they only charge me $70 for a set of nails that were long with a nail design that was more complex and had gems on it. This place charged me $90 for a very short set with a simple design. Not to include they cut my fingers with the file and Dremel about four times. Won’t be going back.
Manicure was amazing today! I appreciate how I can almost always get in last minute. Springs Nails is very accommodating and I love that and it’s why I keep coming back.
Love this place. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been going here for 5 years. Jack and Brian are my favorite.
The place itself is nice and the people who do the nails do a great job but I have tried twice now to get the kids chair and me next to my young daughter. Both times I called ahead and made an appointment specifying the kids chair and me next to her. Both times I am assured we could get that and booked the appointment time.
