I have just endured a nightmare dealing with these people. I don’t really think it is a local company based in Rochester NH. The bottom line is that I paid $1,147 to replace a spring!!!! They wanted $3400 because they said they replaced a motor, but I didn’t authorize that service. It’s very very sad that I got swindled, and shame on me for not doing due diligence researching the company. Hopefully no one else will get taken to the cleaners.
