This was my dog's first visit to Springs Family Veterinary Hospital. We were greeted by friendly staff members on arrival. The office was neat and clean. Boomer was seen by Dr. Ryan, who gave him a very thorough examination. I asked Dr. Ryan for her opinion on insurance coverage for Boomer. Dr. Ryan said she would send me a list of agencies that she had compiled. I received the list the next day! Entire staff always professional, thorough and kind--Highly recommend.
Very disappointed with Springs Vet Clinic and their lack of care for my pet and unacceptable billing practices. The doctor was not empathetic after thousands of dollars in business. My family will not be returning.
