They dumped us, all because Access took over and decided to not accept our medical insurance. We offered to pay via credit card, or check, but they refused because "they don't accept anything but insurance." I pointed out that they had always accepted our co-pays and they said "that was the only exception." I think we were clients/patients for thirteen years --- and then they dumped us in a phone call. We are sorry to see Dr. Miller and Dr. Denner be not in charge. The new management is terrible.

After having Dr. Denner as my Dr. for nearly 30 years, my prescription refill was not renewed so I called to find out why. I was informed that Access Health care now owned the place and they no longer take my insurance which is Blue Cross Blue Shield. No notice at all from my Dr. Very disappointed. Now I have at go find a new Dr at 63 years old.
