Just signed our THIRD lease here at the Retreat at River Chase! I cannot say enough good things about living here.. so let me share a few: The apartment prices are commensurate with other complex’s in the area, the grounds are well kept, office staff do their best to address your concerns (if any) on time. Just signed for another 14 months we absolutely love living at retreat at riverchase very convenient to stores and restaurants and great complex for putting in a walk in the afternoon the apartment is spacious and well put together we love it here.
Renewal very easy. I’m happy to be continuing to call it home.
I have lived at Retreat at River Chase for 6 years. I have just renewed my lease, once again, because I love living here. I love my apartment and everything else that comes with living here. Great amenities, maintenance and office staff. The grounds are kept spotless. The lease renewal process is a very easy process and always a helping hand if you need it.
