Having lived at a few apartment complex over the last several years, the Retreat at Riverchase, has been one of the top locations. I just signed my third lease! Quiet community. High-end amenities. Clean property. Readily available and accommodating staff. Right off the interstate and close to several restaurants/stores. What more can you ask for? I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We are from Texas..I came to tour apartments for my mother in law, and was shocked at how nice the place looked from the outside yet the interior is extremely dated and overall just old looking, the bathrooms are awful and equipped with bathtubs that can become a trip hazard if you prefer showering, especially for elders. This place needs to invest into actual showers and update their kitchen cabinets for the prices they are asking for. We were tenants at Retreat at River Chase from August 2020 through May 2025. Overall it was an average place to live with comparable amenities to any standard corporate complex. We dealt with normal apartment dwelling issues. PROS: - location, interstate and food/shopping literally only 5 minutes away - maintenance requests were always address within 24 hours - common use spaces kept clean and maintained - front office was generally easy to communicate with, there was some staff changeover during our time but overall fine - ... read more
