We recently moved in and are very happy with our new apartment. The building is brand new, and everything feels modern and high-quality. The community is peaceful, non-smoking, and pet-friendly. The staff—Stephanie and Maryiah—have been very friendly and helpful throughout. There is a nice gym and even a car wash that is expected to open soon. While the rent is a bit on the higher side, the quality, comfort, and overall experience make it absolutely worth it.
I've been a resident for almost three months, which is distant enough from the move in process to make my review feel more authentic. Stephanie was great in the leasing process, explaining all of my options and making sure I had the right documents for an efficient move-in experience. Kyle is a super star. I mentioned in passing that I had a weird light switch situation that I had learned to live with and he said "no, you shouldn't have to live that way" and scheduled the electrician to come out and change it. Nice, newer, and clean community with a great area for walking my dogs, and having two dog parks is a huge plus. Kyle from maintenance is awesome always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. The move-in special was the main reason we chose to move here, so it was very disappointing when we didn’t receive the promotion we applied under and were told we also weren’t eligible for the new promotion even though we hadn’t moved in yet.
