I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this community’s marketing practices. In a single morning, I received multiple emails and multiple app notifications (about 10 before noon) promoting these apartments despite never expressing interest in the property and despite the units not meeting my search criteria in the slightest. Spring at Mundelein is a nice community with good amenities and a pleasant overall atmosphere. However, I found the apartments to be somewhat overpriced for the space provided, especially considering that the bedrooms are relatively small. My leasing experience was also frustrating. During my first visit, I was unable to see the apartment I was interested in because the keys were not working. We recently moved in and are very happy with our new apartment. The building is brand new, and everything feels modern and high-quality. The community is peaceful, non-smoking, and pet-friendly. The staff—Stephanie and Maryiah—have been very friendly and helpful throughout. There is a nice gym and even a car wash that is expected to open soon. While the rent is a bit on the higher side, the quality, comfort, and overall experience make it absolutely worth it.
I've been a resident for almost three months, which is distant enough from the move in process to make my review feel more authentic. Stephanie was great in the leasing process, explaining all of my options and making sure I had the right documents for an efficient move-in experience. Kyle is a super star.
