We just moved in to Springline and love the location and our spot! Maria with the leasing office has been exceptionally great and that has made a huge difference in our experience. Highly recommend!
I strongly advise against moving to this apartment complex, especially if you're a woman or have children. This place is dangerous, and the management, owned by Equity Residential, seems to care little for the safety and well-being of its residents. Several disturbing incidents have occurred involving staff members. If you report any of the behaviors, management and the employees find new ways to intimidate you and your family. To date, this place has been one of the best places to rent with. And I do not take rating places lightly. From the moment we initiated our online application, to this day, they have always been so great! These apartments are nice, but overpriced for what they are. Overall I have been somewhat satisfied with them. The pros are that the layouts are workable, access to the building is nice with the keypad entry, the location is good, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The building is also very secure which is nice (although it would be great if they could put keypads in the garage too). Cons: I would say that they are definitely overpriced.
