I strongly advise against moving to this apartment complex, especially if you're a woman or have children. This place is dangerous, and the management, owned by Equity Residential, seems to care little for the safety and well-being of its residents. Several disturbing incidents have occurred involving staff members. If you report any of the behaviors, management and the employees find new ways to intimidate you and your family. Just did a self-guided tour, I was a bit skeptical about it at first due to a previous review, but I had no issues at all. Booking was super easy but It’s good to understand, since it’s a self guided tour, you do have to investigate because the second elevator could be easily missed.
The building looked fine and the amenities looked nice (from the outside) but the self-guided tour they have set-up with SmartRent was horrible. Access codes didn't work, I had no way to access the elevators, lounge, gym, etc. On my own. The only way I got to see the open unit was because someone happened to let me in the elevator with them. Opt for a guided tour with a real person if you're thinking of this place.
Well up-kept property, in the best part of West Seattle. Happy to live here. The staff is just a cherry on top!
