Además es un plus que también formen parte de la comunidad latina, ya que lo hace a uno sentirse más seguro. El edificio en sí es bien moderno con espacios en común amplios. I recommend Springline and the current property management Equity Apartments. The management is extremely responsive and helpful. The building is well maintained and clean.
We just moved in to Springline and love the location and our spot! Maria with the leasing office has been exceptionally great and that has made a huge difference in our experience. Highly recommend!
I strongly advise against moving to this apartment complex, especially if you're a woman or have children. This place is dangerous, and the management, owned by Equity Residential, seems to care little for the safety and well-being of its residents. Several disturbing incidents have occurred involving staff members. If you report any of the behaviors, management and the employees find new ways to intimidate you and your family.
