I am currently a resident and I've already put in my notice of vacancy due to several reasons. The plumbing/piping system is trash here and that's exactly how it smells in my master bathroom, it reeks of rotten eggs. I've complaint serval times and all the maintenance and the property manger's solution is pouring bleach down my drains. There is a roach infestation in my newly renovated apartment, the first six months it was here and there but these last six months has been horrible.
