This place is truly the definition of customer service!!! We were there over July 4th weekend and my 4 year old lost one of her Paw Patrol toys. We weren't sure if he got sweeper out in the ocean or lost at the pool. We called on our way home and no luck. Today in the mail we received not 1 but 4 paw patrol buddies sent by the general manager Stormi Posch. My little girl was over the moon excited about her new buddies. That is going above and beyond for their guests. Truly impressed!!! Thank you so much Stormi!
But you should have access to an elevator for those with medical issues, elder, or an emergency. Other than that so great and beautiful! I loved it. I had an elite suite. :)�
This place is amazing we will be back rooms are great size the view from our room was stunning. The Staff was so nice and helpful Mr and Mrs Brown
We love it there everyone's nice rooms are great!!! Pool jacuzzi! !!!
My husband and I loved it. I wish I would have taken pictures of our view from our room but that was hard because we hardly spent anytime in it. We enjoyed how close the beach was and spent majority of our time with our toes in the sand. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was amazing. We definitely will be going back again and requesting to get room 237.

The room itself is very nice, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. We had a City view which was basically a view of the railroad tracks. I think we heard two trains during the night but the train noise isn't bad and they do provide ear plugs for the room and white noise machines. The hotel is about 100 yards from the beach so it's an easy walk down to the beach great location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. By far the best part of this hotel is the pool and jacuzzi located on the 6th floor with amazing view... read more
