I absolutely love this hotel. The staff are incredible (Tom, Cedric, Edyta, Kat, Marco) and they make me feel right at home. They go above and beyond to make me feel special! I’m always greeted by name upon my arrival and they give me the most fantastic treats. The hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. I love that it’s located within walking distance of so many restaurants, bakeries and a beautiful park.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in years. From the moment we checked in, it was overwhelmingly clear that this hotel was being run by a staff who truly takes pride in their work. Tom at the front desk could not have been more friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, or caring. He and every other staff member I encountered not only did their jobs as well as anyone could ask, but they did so with smiles on their faces. I won’t be staying anywhere else when I’m in Huntsville.
