Wondering why this hotel has so much hardware in their lobby come visit and find out. Excellent cheerful staff who is always looking for ways to make your stay enjoyable and located in an awesome location for dining and entertainment.
This Springhill Suites location is similar to the chain hotel that it is except the staff are very friendly and they go a little further to make your stay worthwhile. I’ve visited this location many times, even when they first opened and the Providence area has grown and made the location a better experience. CONS: if your room is along the street side, prepare for noise from the motorcycles and big trucks. Also, minor maintenance issues in a few places such as along the stairwells.
If you have the great fortune of having Marcie at the front desk check you in, just know that you are one of the most fortunate persons in the world. Marcie is one of those exceptional human beings that you wish most of us strived to be—kind, empathetic, warm, and just an overall amazing human being. Always clean always friendly staff and every time I come back my room is freshly made up. Breakfast is always good and plenty to choose from. Hats off to the staff there. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town.
I had a lovely experience here! Close to food and shopping! Would definitely return!
