Best overall experience I have had at a hotel in a long time. From the friendly service to the cleanliness it was top notch.
Wonderful stay at this hotel. Tom was absolutely wonderful! Tom greeted me at my first nights stay. Treated me to chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk just to welcome me. The rooms are very nice and spacious and super clean. I will visit again in two weeks when I return on business.
We stayed here due to a funeral in our family. Tom helped us greatly in getting our rooms since we needed a connecting room with my 89-year old mother-in-law. The whole staff did a great job in making our stay for our whole family comfortable and great during a stressful time of grieving. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Huntsville.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of five had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, cleaner than we expected, and that set the tone right away. But the real standout was Tom, the evening manager. His warmth, genuine conversation, and hospitality truly made our trip memorable. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet each morning was excellent, plenty of variety and perfect for starting the day. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay!
