Fantastic location and has parking. But the service is absolutely terrible - no coffee in the mornings; staff standing around chatting to each other; staff were rude and condescending. The hotel is run down - elevators are a bumpy/alarming ride and incredibly slow but the stairs do not have lobby access; the hot tub is warm, not hot, and the jets are weak/not working, and it was dirty. The Hampton across the street is fantastic but we tried something new. We will never be back here.
I had a terrible experience at the SpringHill Suites in Grand Junction. I was charged $181.00 as a so-called “non-refundable fee” without proper explanation or consent. When I questioned it, the staff offered no resolution and refused to refund the amount. This feels like a scam. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel. There are plenty of other options in the area that are more transparent and respectful toward guests.
Great location on Main. Complimentary breakfast. Usually a busy lobby with entertainment if you’re interested in it. My go-to for my regular business trips to GJ.
Creaking bed with every movement- old and lumpy-loud reverberation noise every time the elevator was used- the fridge was not cold. Not a restorative rest at all.
Very poor housekeeping. Desk chair completely broken. How it is left in use is beyond me. 3 tissues in box no replacement. Nice Springhill if you get a room that has a good housekeeper…I didn’t
