The entire team is great and we slept so well in those comfortable beds. When staying in Columbia this is definitely one of our go to spots from here on out. If I could give 10 stars I would. Ms. Kim was the highlight of the stay. She was so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She gave our friend some encouraging words while dealing with the death of his grandmother and showed incredible professionalism.
