We were a little disappointed that we had to make up the trundle bed and pull it out from under the couch. It was full of Crumbs from the couch above it. the picture made it look like it was just two twin beds but it's actually a couch with a pull-out mattress with a somewhat stained mattress cover on it. Took the kids to the pool and the water was very cloudy. Would be great if they had the trundle made up already and 2 sets of sheets and blankets for the bed and trundle instead of just one. We had a wonderful stay here! EVERY single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of... even Mr. Memphis made our experience extra memorable. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. We were pleasantly surprised to even find a sound machine in the room, which was such a nice touch! Overall, it was an amazing experience and we will absolutely be back again!
Great rooms that are a suite. felt like I had a bedroom and a living room room very clean. Everything seems nice. Breakfast was OK. Good location for downtown.
We stayed here for 3 weeks, overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and it’s in a great location for walking to downtown. -Ms. Shirley, and really all of the breakfast staff are so friendly. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious every morning! -Laundry was affordable, clean and easy to use, just make sure to have quarters! -house keeping did a good job and were also very friendly. -in our experience it was a quiet hotel, even with a lot of college sports teams staying there.
